Epilogue: What Have I Did for Myself?

In an hour later, 2009 will kiss us bye-bye. Hence, come 2010. I pray, hopefully 2010 will brought more prosperous and happiness for me.

For past few months, it seems that I managed to produce almost 10 posts. I really wish I could had more time dedicated to blogging but sometimes, ideas just don't flow the way I hoped it would be. Always, New Year's Eve is the most boring moment. Practically, I don't know what to do despite that everybody went celebrating on their on way. When you're 21 and you're still single, you'll know how bad it is...

What have I done to please myself? When you have nobody to care, you care for yourselves. Simple isn't it? I spent literally to pamper myself. So, while everybody out, I indulge myself with chocolates, Slurpee, Soda drinks, etc...

So lets meet again in the upcoming season of "Black Tuxedo". I pray for all the best and a Happy New Year to faithful readers of this blog.

Act 10: Absence of logic.

Its been a long time since I last eaten a beef steak. That was like, 3 years ago I think. Seriously, you can saved up extra cash if you know the tricks. In a few upcoming days, 2009 will end. Hello 2010!

Per se, I have to post something as epilogue for 2009. Thats okay, I'll think of it anyways. Hopefully before starting of next year. Oh, don't know what to write...

Act 9: What is happening?

As you can see, there's almost about a month since I last posting something on the blog. Please don't blame me, its the internet connection being so poor these days. I, in the end, subscribed the broadband service. Now I had a strong connection access anywhere and everywhere. Only the problem is the time taken for photo uploading, wish it were quicker...

Act 8: Me and my vest.

All well ends well...

Recently, in almost all anime I watched, there were many characters which potrayed as good looking guy, wearing vest. Man, I was so engrossed in one, characters like Karino Tadashi of Special A, Walter of Hellsing, then this character from Facebook group; Yangsterz.

So a few weeks ago, I searched all nooks and cranny in the bustling city of Kuala Lumpur to buy one. Along the train ride, I can't help myself but imagining how do I look wearing a white shirt, red tie, black slack, black shoe, and most importantly, a vest that complementing this perfection...

It wasn't long before fasting though. With little to no effort, I stumbled upon one by chance. How lucky I am after all! Outside, there were this display of black suit. I noticed the price tag, about two hundred...

Maybe next time.

Anyways, I quickly made my purchase and went straight home. Really couldn't sleep that night, too anxious for tomorrow. Then only I made a resolution, I'm going to wear it on special occassion only. Well, familiarity breeds contempt.

Back to the present. My group is going to do a presentation (Notice that the two sentences was a pun!). Can't decide what to wear, so I opt the previous outfits. It all goes well that day, my face can't shine anymore brighter. Praise after praise, envies and all sort of things.

Then there's this honest comment, "Alanne, you're just like my favourite character from The Coffee Prince!"

I never thought that I will be looking as a waiter of sort...

Anyways, I'm tall, slender, and got the looks after all. Very well suited for Shoujo or romance dramas. Anyone, need a leading actor?

Act 7: Caught abusing food samples!

Last Saturday, I was tasked monitoring a small stall that sells kuih raya. The owner were the same person, so I deliberately took the job without thinking.

For stall that sell foods, fasting that day was really taxing. Cookies, cakes were all around me. The Indian salesgirl infront of me happily chatting, while slurping ice cream. Next to them, a shoplot that specialize in women lingerie. With posters women wearing bra...

Finally, it's iftar. I ate puteri mandi and badak berendam. It's soo delicious! Of course, my favourite is Mariami A Grade dates. It's so dry and I like it compared to Bam dates.

Okay, then I watched over the stall a little bit more, till 10 pm. Then I noticed something...

It was a container of sample cookies! There was Almond London, Strawberry Cookie, Marble Shortbread, Mazola Cookie, Batang Buruk, etc.. At first, I just took one of the cookies and eat them. Gosh! It was awesome!

While waiting for the shop to close, unintentionally, I store the cookies into my tummy, one right after another...

The next day, the shopkeeper asked me, "Where's the sample?"

"..."

Act 6: Lost & drifting...

Finally the starting of Ruby & Sapphire saga...

Recently, I find it hard to focus. Last semester, I took this parapsychology class. It's some sort of learning psychology-related stuff, and it is bonus if you took degree in communication or counselling.

Well, it was a private lesson, so not much known about it anyways. Besides, who ever interested anyways? During the lesson, we learnt how to interact with peoples, focusing our mind on various things, and the best part is, doing some psychic stuff. The mentor, knows some mind-bursting psychic things like levitating, telekinetic, etc. Of course, I can't do kinesis or sort yet.

Gym Leader Sabrina mentioned once that everybody had psychic power, we just don't realize it yet...

Back to the topic, I haven't get enough rest yesterday. I was occupied watching a few Digimon movies. The animation were quite bad comparing to the anime version. Stories about Diaboromon and Terriermon. It really brings back memories. I watched the movie before about ten years ago. Next year marked the tenth anniversary Pokemon had emerged in my life. Ten years, can you believe it? All of it seems like just yesterday.

Gratefully, I left the day of my schoolhood with rather sweet memories. I managed to know most of the students in my batch, well at least. I gained a pretty good results in major exams. I was in good terms with my teachers and school staffs. I might as well received a considerable popularity albeit becoming over exposing myself. And what more important, the junior students love me, and I can see the warmth when they greet me the last time I went there...

Back at that time, psychic pokemon were too powerful. Pokemon teams were almost always lead by Mewtwo, Alakazam, Dragonite, Raichu, Gengar or the Legendary Birds.

Act 5: Epitome of laziness.

There should have been a lecture by now. Research Methodology by Prof. Ahmad Maher. Really, the class size is too huge. I can't really focused on the lecture itself. Fatigue, stress, I deliberately skipped the class.

It shouldn't be a big matter actually, I haven't skipped the class yet. By far, this was the second time. Huhu, save the best for last.

I'm still waiting for New Moon to available. Can't wait to know what happened to Bella, Alice, and Rosalie...

Act 4: Vampire my day.

Almost finished...

Today is first September. Happy Independence Day to my beloved country, Malaysia. For past few days, I've been constantly update my blog in a uniform paced. Hopefully, it stayed the way it is until the end.

So I bought the Twilight novel the other day. It was Saturday I think. I finished the book as of today.

Man, I really liked the vampire concept. A sort of 'vegetarian' vampire. They don't drink human blood, but instead, animal blood. I like the character Alice Cullens. She had the ability of precognition. The pairings were also seemed based on their personal synergy. Alice with Jasper, Rosalie with Emmett, Esme with Charlisle, and not to forget Bella and Edward.

Vampire aren't scary anymore! I thought that having fangs would seems exotic, don't you think?

Act 3: I'm Big Spender!

Very nice and quite costly...

Gosh, it had been a few weeks since I had hold cash. Well, my salary payments were made twice a month. I get a hefty almost 150 bucks that ground up a whooping 300 bucks a month. It was an easy money after all. Like they say, money is as easy as it comes, so it goes. I really wonder where was the mony that I spent actually?

So, this month I was so engrossed with the Twilight saga. The story about a girl named Bella who fallen in love with a vampire, Edward Cullen. The story were a simple one, spiced up with a little romance and a fresh plot. Well, it has been a couple of months since I last read an English literature. it was a duology which is a compilation from a renowned writer, Adibah Amin's As I Was Passing. That was about two years ago I think...

Seeming so, I really had so little time to pamper myself. Without thinking, I grab the book from the shelf, and bought it with my money on the go. The trouble lies later, since I'm a little Mr. Perfectionist, I can't settle down unless I had a complete set of the series in my bookshelf. To make myself contempt, I bought the whole series, excluding the second book, New Moon which sold out.

Come to think of it, I had this penchant to bought books that had either sequels or prequel. In the end, I had the whole set and it costs me a month of my salary...

Act 2: Bridging distant hearts.

Connect to the whole world, wirelessly...

Ever since I had internet access in my home, I've been in contact with my friend in Sarawak. We never seen each other since last few years ago. Social networking space, and instant messaging had been somewhat useful in bridging people together.

Seeing each other wellness indeed was a bless. I really looking forward to meet them as soon as possible, but time really constraint. Although we can texting each other, I really wanna hug them...

Act 1: Humbleness and Modesty.

Few important things in my life...

Today I was called by a neighbour that she had problem connecting wirelessly. I went to the rescue, but to no avail, the problem wasn't settled the way I hoped. I don't really know what went wrong after all.

It's quite a heartbreaking though. People asking our help expecting that we could at least solve the problem, but failure seems to get in the way. Nevermind, I'll try to come up with something in the future. Hopefully...

Prologue: Of blogging and determination.

It has been a very long time since I really updated my blogspace. Come to think of it, all those years had passed since the day I practically destroyed the computer that I've been using past years.

Now I get to hold back a new one, and of course, internet connection in my home. Hopefully I get enough time to spare basically, update the blog with stories of my own mishaps and silliness.

Anyways, I'm Alanne, and I try to be honest with my feelings when I'm writing the blogpost. I will try my best to make my writing as entertaining as possible. Especially, in the efforts of making English the easiest way to understand.

It's easier to said than done, I know that. But what really keeping my hand dry from the blogging is the lack of enthusiasm to put on updating the space regularly. I mean, it's such a rare occassion that I'd upload new post of something. I prayed to Allah that may I be bestowed in sheer determination to do something out to the very end.

InsyaAllah...
